We Cleaning Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best possible service and efficient scheduling for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Advance Cancellation:
We kindly ask clients to contact us to cancel or reschedule a service at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date and time.
Cancellations with Less than 24 Hours' Notice:
If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a service with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be applied.
This policy is necessary to cover operational and personnel costs already allocated for your appointment.
Inaccessible Property:
If our team is unable to access the property to be cleaned at the scheduled time, a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule a service, the same cancellation rules apply. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the 50% fee.
Exceptions:
We understand that unforeseen events happen. In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, the cancellation fee may be reviewed at management’s discretion.
